Shipping and Delivery

For eligible standard shipping orders delivered within the contiguous United States, orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. The estimated total delivery time is 7–15 business days from successful payment confirmation, including processing and transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

For eligible standard shipping orders, orders with a merchandise subtotal of $49.99 USD or more after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $49.99 USD are charged a $6.99 USD standard shipping fee. Applicable shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. The specified rates apply to eligible standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. Contact customer service before sending a product back. Change-of-mind returns are generally shipped at the customer’s expense. For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution under our policy and applicable law.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. We aim to initiate approved refunds within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Payment providers or financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
